One reviewer compared the film to Sri Vishnu’s previous works, especially the superhit film Samajavaragamana, and said that the film is not his style at all. He said that Sri Vishnu’s comic timing and acting in this film cannot be put on that level as it is completely based on boring and old fashioned comedy.
